"I really enjoyed the realistic dialogue in this story, as well as the terrifying premise. I found the ending particularly memorable."
"This speaks to a fantasy that so many people have: finding an old cottage, fixing it up, living simply and quietly. It also speaks to the fear that exists alongside that fantasy. It's terrific."
"I genuinely enjoyed the concept of a house trying to drive its owner mad. And the refusal to go full supernatural, keeping the horror grounded, was a fresh and creative take on the genre. Well done!"
